New Storm Door Installation Process

• Visit home to measure opening for new storm door or new screen door.
• Deliver new storm door or new screen door to site.
• Remove old door if any.
• Dispose of old door if any.
• Install new storm door or new screen door and hardware. Often custom fitting door to opening.
• Ensure new storm door or new screen door handle and lock are functioning
• Ensure safety spring engages so new screen door does not rip off from framing.
• Adjust new storm door closer.
• Adjust base box-sweep to match sill plate.
• Ensure new storm door window functions properly.

Supplied and Installed

Lock Surgeon's Edmonton mobile screen door installation staff can come to your home, measure the current opening for the appropriate screen door to be ordered. Screen door installer will also note door handing left or right hand hinge style and colour choice and any other build-ups required to install the screen door. Your screen door installer can also remove and dispose of old screen doors.
